Yaki-Niku

Last week, another great restaurant. Jeff and I both teach Shin and Yasuhiro, two business men. They took us to a yaki-niku place not far from the school, incredibly good food. I'll have to start dividing my 'best meal' contenders into sub-categories. This one comes under 'best meat cooked at the table by me'. All the best bits: heart, liver, intestine (sort of like calamari but more..... visceral?), and some marinated beef which almost literally melted in the mouth as I believe the expression goes. Plus cold ramen, daikon, beer, shochu (mm.. shochu...)

The colours haven't come out well on my phone camera, imagine more redness and deliciousness

Hmm... ah, go on then

The view out of the window, it was better without the blur and reflections though
